Hey, I’m Jake! Thanks for stopping by my corner of the internet.

My coding journey began when VR first hit the scene. I was blown away by the idea of stepping into virtual worlds, so I joined a two-week bootcamp where I built my first VR game. That experience lit the spark that eventually led me into coding.

3D Printing & Making

I love creating things beyond code. With my 3D printer, I design small models in Tinkercad and Blender, and I’m currently working on a big project: printing a wearable Master Chief suit from Halo (yes, the whole thing!).

Gaming

Gaming has been a lifelong passion. From sprawling RPGs to co-op adventures with friends, games have shaped the way I think about creativity, problem solving, and building engaging experiences.

Exploring the Outdoors

I’m happiest outdoors — hiking trails, traveling to new places, or wading through creeks looking for critters like salamanders and crawfish. To me, discovering hidden little ecosystems feels like finding secrets in nature.
